The site design included the implementation of over 1000 linear feet of retaining walls to achieve the desired grades for this senior housing facility on a hillside site.
NAPIERALA CONSULTING provided complete site engineering, permitting services, and construction oversight for this 60-unit senior independent living facility in the Town of Sennett, just west of Skaneateles, New York.
This project included the development of a zone change process with the Town, a sanitary sewer extension, wetland impact and mitigation, a storm water management system along with regional bus route coordination.

Our design team provided the site civil engineering component for Good Shepherd Village @ Endwell, a Continuing Care Retirement, Community Project (CCRC) in the Town of Union, a suburb community of Binghamton, New York.
This project included the development of a 70-acre hillside site into a retirement community that includes 74 cottage homes, 80 independent living apartments, 32 assisted living units and 32 health care beds along with a community center with eating, recreation, and community rooms.

Site utility coordination, layout, and design for the facility were provided. Complete site design services, from the local permitting process approval to final construction plan development, were provided. The project included close to 1300 linear feet of new road layout, water and sewer main design, stormwater drainage, and site grading. Design criteria included the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements; driveways and the walking path were graded to accommodate wheelchair accessibility.
