High Country Self Storage—Baldwinsville, New York

Our team managed the entire process for High Country Self Storage, from conceptual design to project completion. We developed multiple design sketches before finalizing the layout, conducted perc testing for the septic system, and created detailed site plans, including a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). Our team secured approvals from the Town Planning Board and Onondaga County DOT. Throughout construction, we provided SWPPP inspections, construction assistance, and addressed wetland concerns raised by the NYSDEC.

Napierala Consulting collaborated with the development team to annex the site into the Village of Cazenovia, a crucial step for connecting the commercial project to the village’s public water and sanitary sewer systems. Throughout the project, our team offered construction assistance and conducted weekly SWPPP inspections to ensure compliance and smooth progress during the building phase.

Lowes—Oswego, New York

We provided comprehensive site design services for the Lowes development, from conceptual planning to final construction. Our team guided the project through local permitting processes, securing approvals from the Planning Board, NYS Department of Health, NYSDEC, and NYSDOT. A unique aspect of this project involved the successful relocation of a historical burial ground. All approvals were completed within a tight schedule, ensuring timely progress through each phase of the development.

Our team covered site design services for all phases of the Finger Lakes Crossing strip mall, working closely with the developer from conceptual layout to store openings. The project included nationwide tenants like Home Depot, Kohl’s, and Dicks Sporting Goods. Our team helped establish a Planned Unit Development Zone, negotiated water and sewer services, and secured SEQR approval.
