Public sector work presents different challenges and obstacles than private sector work. Most municipal projects involve upgrading or connecting existing water, sanitary, or storm sewer systems.
The challenge arises when funding is tight, older systems are incompatible with newer systems, and the work is required under a new state program. Napierala Consulting works with the municipality, its residents, and state agencies to design a system that fits the budget, is compatible with all systems, and is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
