At times the pressures of the business, economics, deadlines and a short construction season can affect the product that a design team produces. At Napierala Consulting we focus our efforts on putting together a high-quality final product with significant attention to details. Our product (plans and/or reports) is prepared with the client in mind: easy to follow, comprehend and in compliance with the client's needs. We strive to add the appropriate amount of detail so that the owner, reviewer and/or contractor can easily follow and understand the plans and/or reports.
Napierala Consulting is not based on individuals doing separate jobs but individuals working together to do a job. We are a team of professionals striving to provide the best service to our clients while being involved in interesting and diverse design projects. As a team, we work off each other's strengths, ideas and knowledge. We respect our employees from a management, professional and personal stand point. » Project Management
One of the most common complaints of clientele who retain consultants is that the senior level personnel that sold the client on performing the work never actually performed the work and were seldom heard from once the contract actually started. At Napierala Consulting our managers are involved in all aspects of the project: from the initial client contact, project interviews, design implementation, regular project meetings, public permitting representation and contractor bidding through the construction oversight and project closeout. We maintain project continuity and intimacy with the project and the client from the beginning to the end. A long-term relationship develops between the client and our project managers. A relationship based on trust, caring and respect forms between our client and our managers.
