We maintain professional engineer licenses in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Florida. Our project experience varies in both size and scope. Napierala Consulting specializes in land development projects. Our experience ranges in size and diversity including: single retail store developments, hotel sites, industrial park creation, office complexes, large, multi-parcel residential subdivisions, big box developments, and retail strip mall projects. We perform all tasks necessary to take a project from the conceptual phase, through permitting and final design, to construction. We maintain the expertise to develop a conceptual plan that meets or exceeds the client's objectives. From conceptual planning to design development, team members are involved in all aspects of project design. Project team members perform presentations of the final product to planning, zoning, conservation, and town boards. Regulatory conformance and design parameters are presented to assure the approval authority of design conformance. Our team works with the client and offers strategic advice on procedure and presentation direction throughout the regulatory process.
As well, at Napierala Consulting we perform municipal engineering services. We have been responsible for several municipal sanitary sewer projects, evaluation studies on existing systems, creating sewer districts, and preparation of construction plans and specifications. Sanitary sewer projects have included pump station and force main design, sanitary sewer separation design, and on-site disposal systems. We have worked on water distribution projects including water district creation, backflow prevention systems, and water main design.
Our environmental team combines technical skills and site engineering background with a thorough understanding of state and federal environmental policy and regulations, thus providing clientele and financial institutions with environmental assessments which are in strict conformance with the current regulations which are also pragmatic with regards to the existing and future site use.
