Project Management:
At NAPIERALA CONSULTING our managers are involved in all aspects of the project: from the initial client contact, project interviews, design implementation, regular project meetings, public permitting representation and contractor bidding through the construction oversight and project closeout. We maintain project continuity and intimacy with the project and the client from the beginning to the end. A long-term relationship develops between the client and our project managers. A relationship based on trust, caring and respect forms between our client and our managers.

Quality:
NAPIERALA CONSULTING is a firm believer that quailty engineering is a function of technical ability, work ethic, communication, and care.
